Looking at getting my mk6 golf 1.6tdi remapped to stage 1. I had my gtd remapped so been through the process before, but have question regarding the DQ200 DSG gearbox. I’ve read on forums it’s max torque is 250 nm which it’s already at. The map takes it from 103bhp to 140bhp and 250nm to 318nm.
To reset this kind of security lockout, leave the diagnostic interface connected and "handshaked", leave the ignition key on (car not running), with the door open, for the minimum required time. This resets the security access lockout. Usually 40 minutes does the trick.

The simplified formula for power is add fuel for power, then add air to bring smoke down. Though the more complicated VW's got, the more expensive and challenging that formula got. Tcn3.
